Is this an official KRA calculator?
No. It estimates import duty using the published CRSP list and current rates for Import Duty, Excise, VAT, IDF, and RDL. KRA remains the authority on what you pay at clearance.
Why check the auction sheet as well as duty?
Duty is calculated on the CRSP value, not on how clean the car looks. Accident history and mileage still decide whether that tax bill is worth paying.
